Alan
has
been
in
the
real
estate
business
since
1993,
he
quickly
excelled
in
the
Greenwood/Elk
county
area
becoming
a
broker
in
1995
and
opened
Johnson
Realty
in
1996.
His
greatest
satisfaction
over
the
years
has
been
helping
his
clients
realize
their
goals
of
real
estate
ownership.
Alan
not
only
strives
to
help
his
clients
but
has
been
a
staple
to
the
Eureka
community
for
years,
serving
on
numerous
boards,
organizations,
and
coaching
children’s
sports.
He
is
always happy to lend a hand and works tremendously hard to better his community for the future generations.
Alan
grew
up
in
Severy,
KS,
graduating
from
West
Elk
High
School.
Later
he
attended
Butler
County
Community
College,
and
ultimately
graduating
from
Kansas
State
University.
Alan
grew
up
in
the
auction
and
real
estate
industry
helping
his
father
and
uncle
from
a
young
age,
who
operated
Johnson
Brothers
Auction
Service.
He
moved
back
to
Eureka
after
Kansas
State
and
since
then
has
had
strong
ties
to
this
area
and
has
the
experience
and
contacts
to
help
his
clients
with
anything
in
real
estate.
With
Alan’s
experience
and
knowledge
of
the
Greenwood/Elk
and
surrounding
areas, his understanding of the driving factors in this real estate market is unmatched.
Alan
and
his
wife
Michelle
have
three
children
Cody,
Kennedy,
and
Lane.
In
his
freetime
he
enjoys
spending
time
in
the
outdoors
with
his
kids
and
has
a
strong
passion
for
agriculture.
His
first
hand
experience
in
the
agriculture
industry has given him a unique understanding of the real estate needs of the farmers and ranchers in this area.
Alan
has
been
a
member
of
many
local
organizations,
from
USD
389
school
board,
Eureka
airport
board,
Eureka
ProRodeo
Board,
and
the
4-H
foundation,
just
to
name
a
few.
Recently
his
greatest
community
achievement
has
been
helping
get
a
new
4-H
fairgound
facility
constructed
to
help
future
generations
of
kids
in
the
community
have
a
place
they are proud of and can serve them for many years to come.

Lane
attended
Eureka
schools
and
graduated
from
high
school
in
May
of
2013.
Lane
was
active
in
FFA,
4-H
and
graduated
as
valedictorian
of
his
class.
Lane
chose
to
go
to
Ft.
Scott
Community
College
to
earn
an
associates
degree
in
Animal
Science.
While
at
Ft.
Scott,
he
was
a
member
of
the
Meats
Judging
Team
and
won
the
National
Meats
Judging
Championship
in
2014
in
Texas.
He
then
headed
to
Manhattan
to
finish
out
a
bachelors
degree
in
Animal
Science
with
an
emphasis on business classes and graduated in May of 2017.
Lane's
plan
was
always
to
come
back
to
Eureka
to
begin
a
career
in
the
agriculture
industry.
This
career
fit
right
in
with
the
real
estate
and
auction
business.
Lane
received
his
Kansas
real
estate
license
in
October
of
2018.
In
the
short
time
since
he
has
started,
he
has
become
very
knowledgeable
in
real
estate
especially
in
the
area
of
farms,
ranches
and
recreational
property.
He
also
has
a
very
strong
knowledge
of
machinery
and
equipment
and
their
values
which
is
a
great asset in the appraisal of those items.
Lane
and
his
wife
Chelsea
reside
just
outside
of
Eureka
with
their
son
Maxwell
and
two
dogs,
Toby,
a
Brittney
and
Stella,
a
determined
Corgi.
Chelsea
is
a
Kindergarten
teacher
in
the
Eureka
school
district.
Lane
enjoys
caring
for
his
commercial
cow/calf
pairs
and
loves
hunting,
fishing,
riding
motorcycles
and
most
anything
outdoors.
His
vast
knowledge
of
land,
equipment
and
the
great
outdoors
makes
him
a
perfect
match
for
selling
and
appraising
farms,
ranches & equipment.
Lane
didn't
take
long
to
get
involved
in
the
local
community
and
has
been
active
with
the
4-H
extension
program
serving
on
the
Extension
Board,
is
on
the
board
of
directors
of
the
Cattleman's
Association
and
is
involved
with
the
production
of
the
Eureka
ProRodeo.

has
all
the
tools
to
help
his
clients
become
land
owners
in
Greenwood
County
and the surrounding area.
Roger Johnson

Roger
has
been
a
long
time
resident
of
El
Dorado,
KS.
Originally
from
Severy,
Roger
grew
up
helping
his
parents
raise
Polled
Hereford
cattle,
assisting
with
auctions
and
hauling
hay
in
the
summers.
He
graduated
from
West
Elk
High
School
in
Howard,
KS
and
then
later
received
his
Bachelor
of
Science
in
Business
degree
from
Emporia
State
University.
Roger
has
had
a
long
career
in
the
aviation
industry,
most
recently
at
Spirit
Aerosystems.
Roger
decided
to
join
the
Johnson
Realty
team
and
earned
his
Real
Estate
license
in
2023.
He
is
eager
to
get
to
work
helping
his
clients
navigate
this exciting real estate market!
Roger
purchased
his
first
investment
property
in
1991
now
owns/manages
over
60
rental
properties
in
the
El
Dorado
area.
Roger’s
experience
in
the
rental/investment
business
has
given
him
an
extensive
knowledge
and
insight
of
the
real
estate
market.
His
vast
understanding
of
the
factors
effecting
property
values
will
make
him
a
tremendous
asset
to
his
clients
as
he
helps
them
through
the
process
of
buying
or
selling
their
residential,
commercial,
or
agricultural
real estate!
Roger
settled
and
raised
his
family
in
El
Dorado,
KS.
He
is
in
a
relationship
with
Kacey
Gard
of
El
Dorado
who
is
also
involved
in
the
real
estate
industry
as
a
closing
agent
within
the
Butler
County
area.
Roger
and
Kacey
are
avid
sports
fans,
cheering
on
their
kids
through
high
school
and
collegiate
sports.
Together
they
enjoy
Jeeping
the
FlintHills
with friends and appreciating all the El Dorado/Butler County area has to offer.
Roger
and
Kacey
have
been
active
in
the
community,
being
involved
with
youth
sports
programs,
attending/supporting
local
businesses
and
events
to
Kacey
serving
as
a
board
member
with
United
Way.
